is simple. We exist to serve the city of Saskatoon, shining a bright light with the love of Jesus Christ.
Our Pastor
Thomas Dehod
Thomas has served at New Life Saskatoon since 2017 in administration, youth and music ministries. Thomas is a Doctoral candidate at Corban University, and previously obtained a Masters in Leadership from Hope International University and an Undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan. After a successful career in Finance and Marketing, Thomas felt to leave his secular job and enter full-time ministry in 2019 and in Thomas was called to the Lead Pastoral role at New Life in 2022. Pastor Thomas also serves as the Youth President of the Canadian Plains District of the United Pentecostal Church International which includes speaking and leading ministers across the Provinces of Saskatchewan and Alberta. Pastor Thomas is a frequent speaker at churches across North America.

Visiting church for the first time can be daunting. “How long is service?” “What about my kids?” “What do I wear?” We have answers!

Sunday Service at New Life begins at 10:00am and begins with live worship music with lyrics projected or signed upon request. You can feel free to participate however you feel comfortable! Following worship, Pastor Dehod will deliver a Christ-centered message! You can expect service to last 60 to 90 minutes.

We host independent classes for children up to age 12, including nursery on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am. For ages 13 and up, our Young Adult class rotates weekly between classes for young men and young women. Our Children's Ministry is qualified and trustworthy, with a passion for teaching children Biblical truths in a fun and interactive way!

At New Life, you can expect a welcoming and diverse group of people looking for a community and a spiritual experience! You will see people dressed in casual to their “Sunday Best,” but we encourage you to wear whatever is most comfortable for you!
